Finding a Wedding Officiant in Phoenix

It NEVER rains in the desert, right?!?!. Nope, Charleigh and Christopher got married in a downpour. It even hailed! But, with amazing grace and charm they pulled off the impossible. They were calm, cool, collected and I don't think they really noticed all the water -- at least until their vow books began to run. What an awesome couple!!
